How to hide (or time hiding) a Modal popup extender on mouse click

Hi Forum,

I wonder how to hide a modalpopupextender when a click of a mouse occurs outside it (in the shadow area).

Also how to time it so that it would hide automatically within a set time of it showing.

Please let me know.
