Can we most simply add ajax power to non ajax asp.net pages?

Mobile users of a non ajax asp.net web site want to make page post back invisible. The reason is the users after logon size the pages to fit on their devise and every post back forces them to rersize the page again. Can we most simply add ajax power to those non ajax asp.net pages as a solution ? Please kindly advise how.
