ToolkitScriptManager

I downloaded the AJAX Toolkit and loaded it into the VS Toolbox. I am working with the Modal Popup Extender and I watched a video that said to drag and drop the ToolkitScriptManger onto the page.  I did not find the ToolkitScriptManager in the Toolbox. What replaces it? ScriptManager?
