How do I edit the file ScriptResource.axd

I am getting an error when putting a date in a textbox with the Calendar extender. The error is showing up in the file ScriptResource.axd. Where can I find this file?  The url shows  file http://localhost:15500/ScriptResource.axd?  But I can't find it.
