Write software to auto fill data to website and get return data form

Its website I need to get data. I must try to input to website row by row:
0101382443, 300577785340, 01NV, 20/10/2015
0201276103, 300583445210, 03NK, 23/10/2015
When I submit info, you will see report page below to print, export. How to do it automatic with Ajax, pls help.
