how to create FAQ's

I would like to add a web page, using VS2012 (.aspx) and VB.NET

I would list a series of How to's.

Then when someone clicks on a How to, the answer would display below. (or maybe have a plus sign to the left of the question)

Could someone please direct me how to do this?
