How to generate Dropdownlist Dynamically

Hi,

I have one textbox, when we click on that TextBox.
I need to generate Dropdownlist dynamically inside the TextBox and also
that Dropdownlist show some value from database.(we need to bind Dropdownlist)

how can we do that.

Please help me.
