I am modifying a very old website that uses the 3.0 Toolkit.
When I run this site off of Windows Server 2012, in Chrome or IE, the controls render correctly.
When I run the site inside Visual Studio 2012, there is erratic behavior.
Some controls do not render.
Some render but do not function.
Why would I see two different behaviors with the same code?
