updating of json string on partial postback and wrong registering of javascript

1. When i click on button 1 it should not call javascript but i will be called.(though iam not calling results function where i register script)

When i comment the json line in javascript the there will be no call of javascript on button click.Why?

2. when i change filters the results varies but the json variable will not change .How to achieve this?

Please help????
