ajax json error

I am getting the following error when using Json to reload a page. I load a page, call data using ajax to a webservice. then when i try to reload the content via a button click i get the following error. I cant get this to happen on my local mechine although on the server it is. The code is the same on the both.

Is there a server setting, IIS, or web.config file setting i am missing? I am using ASP.Net 4.5, IIS 6, 2012 Server
