How to collapse and expand all the panels in CollapsiblePanelExtender?

I have a Panel inside a repeater control and also a CollapsiblePanelExtender. Usually 5 panels are displayed as expanded, but on click of a button I want to collapse all the panels simultaneously.

I want to know how to loop through all the Panels bound by CollapsiblePanelExtender inside ItemTemplate of repeater control.
