How to build a website like stackoverflow

Hello Dear Programmers,

I'm from South Asia Region. A Java programmer and professionally build simple android business app. I have a small team and those we are working as a Freelancer consultant. Though we still working in mobile platform but actually as a Internet marketer I have a aim to build a website which will be popular around the world and I believe that and idea can change the world. We think about lots of sector about online development but we can't find anything which will be a new product and also get quick eyes of audience.

We had a plan to develop a social networking website just like Facebook / Twitter but after observing the failure of So.Cl we totally changed out mind cause people already take their places in top social media and we have no high quality budget to market out site cause we are startup business owner.

However, we take decision  to make a Frequently ask Question website inspired from StackOverFlow, Answers.com, Yahoo ! Answers etc.

We make a small site using a CMS and we have a plan to convert it in our own CMS. We already launch it cause of ensure early search engine ranking factors and make some database which we will use in our next version. Can you please visit our website :Tricky ! Answer

You know dear it's now possible to make a full fill site using a Content management System cause there have some lacking. We want to make a site which will be social mean where anyone can contact each other, share their life Style and so. We make our website totally technology based cause niche website really good for Search Engine Giants. Can you please give us your tips which will effective for us ?
