AutocompleteExtender is not working on GridView From Second Row

Hi,

I have a Gridview in that i need to dynamic controls like textboxes and dropdowns.   For Textboxes I need to add AutocompleteExtender as well. 

For me The AutocompleteExtender WORKS only for the FirstRow and for the Second Row its not working. 

And Also The Third Row is adding at all.  Its not showing any errors to check conditions and all. I have gone through Step by Step Process but Invain...
