Numericupdown : show error on file ScriptResouce....[dynamic] (error message : continue,break,ignore)

when I click on linkbuttonup or linkbuttondown open file ScriptResource....[dynamic] and show this error message :

in webservices  the variable Current (integer) and tag (string)
