When using new AjaxFileUpload 4.5.7.607 version get error: Could not find a part of the path '..\_AjaxFileUpload'

Win 7
Get error in all browsers listed
IE10 (debug JavaScript error)
Chrome v28.0.1500.72 m (On screen error)
Firefox v22.0 (On screen error)
Any help with this would be great.
