How to clean the text from a HtmlEditorExtention

Hej

I am using the ajax HtmlEditorExtention because i need a html editor whrer I can upload images with, but when I am using it I always have to change the html code on it because it always shows  instead of a space I have tryed to use the Replace(" ", " ") but it dos't work.

Is there any way to change it ore is there an other editor I can use, it just have to be with a image uploader.
