File Upload Drag and Drop is not working in IE 10

Hi,

   I have upgrade my IE9 to IE10 in my Windows 7 PC.I am developing a web application which is having a file upload control from the ajax toolkit.When i tried to run that i can't able to use the drag and drop feature in IE10. Do we specifically need windows 8 + IE 10 combo to make it work?
