approved documents

hey all

 i have a project which is documnet managment system

in this user upload documnets and in this user select whcih documents in which departments

i,e

abc upload document and select department computer science

then when she click on uplaod button then docum save in gridview..i done this..

now i have a admin in whcih admin approved documents whcih user uploaded

i.e xyz admin login with ther username and this admin is in computer science department

now he only approved  computer science documetns whcih user uploaded comp science docu

now how i do this

admin of computer scinece approved only computer scinece documents

i dont have a code yet...
