Progress bar in asp.net application appears in localhost but not in external IP URL

We have used Televik RADCONTROL ASP.NET AJAX on our email verification ASP.Net application running on Windows server 2008 with IIS 8 in implementing a progress bar which shows the progress of emails verified. However, we have observed that when the application is run via the local host ( http://localhost/appplication.aspx) the progress bar always displays. However, when we run the application through the URL (http://111.222.333.444/application.aspx), the progress bar do not appear. Does anyone has any idea why this is so?
